Terms and conditions

These terms govern the relationship between PixelA EOOD, company number {UIC}, registered at {address}, Sofia, Bulgaria ("we", "the Seller"), and anyone who uses pixelacarbon.com, sends an enquiry or orders a part ("you", "the Customer"). By sending an enquiry you confirm you have read these terms.

1. Trader details

PixelA EOOD, company number {UIC}, VAT number {VAT no}, address: {address}, Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact: pixela.eood@gmail.com, Instagram @aventurine.m4. Supervisory authorities: the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission (kzp.bg) and the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).

2. What this site is

This site is a catalogue with an enquiry function, not an automated shop. There is no online checkout. Information about parts, prices and availability is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. We may correct obvious errors in price or description before confirming an order.

3. Enquiry, confirmation and formation of the contract

You send an enquiry through the form or the listed contacts, stating the model, chassis number (VIN) and year. We confirm in writing the fitment, the final price and the lead time. The contract is formed when you confirm our offer in writing. An enquiry alone creates no obligation for either party.

4. Prices, VAT and payment

All prices are in euro and include VAT, customs duty and import handling. We accept bank transfer and Revolut. Parts in stock are paid on order confirmation. For made-to-order parts we take a deposit stated in advance, with the balance due before dispatch from Sofia. Title passes on full payment.

5. Delivery and passing of risk

We deliver in Bulgaria and the Balkans (Romania, Serbia, Greece, North Macedonia) by courier. Indicative lead time for stocked parts is 10–14 working days from payment. For made-to-order parts the lead time is stated in advance and is typically 4–6 weeks. For consumers, risk of loss or damage passes on physical receipt of the parcel. You should inspect the parcel on delivery and note any visible damage on the courier’s waybill.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer under Bulgarian consumer law, you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the part. Notify us in writing at pixela.eood@gmail.com. The part must be unfitted, in its original packaging and in resaleable condition. Return shipping is at your expense unless the part is defective or we sent the wrong item. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned part. The right of withdrawal does not apply to parts made to your individual specification or clearly personalised.

7. Conformity and warranty

Consumers benefit from the 2-year statutory guarantee of conformity under Bulgarian law. Separately we give a 12-month commercial warranty against manufacturing defects: delamination, lifting of the weave, and clearcoat yellowing under normal use. It does not cover damage from fitting, impact, kerb strikes, brush car washes, abrasive polishing, chemicals, or prolonged exposure without maintenance. Claims should be submitted in writing with photos and the order number.

8. Fitting and liability

The parts are exterior and interior accessories. Fitting is your responsibility or that of a workshop you choose, unless we carry out the fitting. We are not liable for damage arising from incorrect fitting, from incompatibility we were not correctly informed about (for example an inaccurate chassis number), or for effects on your vehicle insurance or manufacturer warranty. Our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order so far as the law allows; it is not limited in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life and health.

9. Trademarks and designations

Designations such as "MP Style", "CS Style" and "V Style" describe the shape of a part and are for reference only. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by BMW AG. The parts carry no BMW trademarks. BMW, M2, M3, M4 and the chassis codes are trademarks of their respective owners.

10. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, photographs, layout and code — belongs to PixelA EOOD and is protected by copyright. Reproduction for commercial purposes without written consent is not permitted.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints go to pixela.eood@gmail.com and we respond within 14 days. If we cannot agree, consumers may refer the matter to the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission (kzp.bg) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are heard by the competent court in Sofia, except where mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when your order is confirmed is the one that applies. Last updated: September 2026.
