Returns and warranty

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt, for an unfitted part in its original packaging and in resaleable condition. Email pixela.eood@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the part is defective or the delivery was wrong.

We refund by the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the part back. The right of withdrawal does not apply to parts made to individual specification.

A 12-month commercial warranty against manufacturing defects: delamination, lifting of the weave, clearcoat yellowing under normal use. Consumers also benefit from the 2-year statutory guarantee of conformity. It does not cover damage from fitting, impact, kerbs, brush car washes or abrasive polishing.

To make a claim, send photos of the defect and your order number. We respond within 14 days with a resolution: repair, replacement or refund.
